1. 入住的時候烘衣機裡面還留有衣物沒有整理，我們還得自己拿出來整理，跟客服反應後，完全沒有致歉，甚至連聲不好意思或是造成不便都沒有說. 2. 入住的時候是晚上，飯店提供指定的停車位被不明車輛佔據，入住的當晚有馬上拍照向客服反應3次以上也有打客服電話留言，至少7～8個小時內都沒有得到真正客服的回應和處理，只有機器人一直回覆重複，沒有辦法解決事情的言語（這些都有留言紀錄可以參考），直到隔天早上才有真人客服回覆處理辦法，這個事件一樣從發生到退房飯店沒有任何客服表達歉意或做任何補償處理.

我訂三人房，進住時沙發床沒準備，放在房間櫃子裡，時差下很累還要把床拿出來，好慘。設施齊全，很方便使用，尤其是洗衣機，旅行就無需準備過多衣服。隔音很好，風景也很好可以鳥瞰整個城市，CN Tower.

房間寬敞，床也舒服。就是設施比較舊，很多燈是壞的。廚房設施齊全，冰箱微波爐水壺咖啡機一應俱全。50樓風景絕對美，夜景很贊。

Malgré un logement qui manquait clairement d’un ménage plus approfondit, il est idéalement situé et offre une vue imprenable sur Toronto. Un balcon permet de profiter de la vue y compris de l’extérieur. Les espaces sont parfaits, pièce de vie spacieuse, 3 chambres et deux salles de bain/wc qui permettent de s’organiser à 6. Il serait pertinent d’ajouter des couverts et des verres pour permettre de manger et boire dans le logement.

The apartment is in an excellent location with a truly breathtaking night view! The surrounding area has everything you need, and it’s only about an 8-minute walk to Shoppers and the subway station, making getting around incredibly easy and convenient. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The only small note is that guests may want to bring their own slippers. The host was absolutely wonderful—providing clear, detailed check-in instructions and offering warm, thoughtful reminders and assistance both before and during my stay. On my departure day, I needed a little extra time after the 12 p.m. check-out, and I’m deeply grateful to the host for kindly allowing me the time to pack and get ready without any rush. Overall, this was a perfect stay from start to finish. I would be delighted to return here on my next visit and will happily recommend it to friends and family!

It is nice having a whole apartment but there is no reception desk. The owner thenselves rents out their apartment and as such all concerns or issues go through them. This isn't a problem really as long as everything goes well. In my case it went fine but the only issue is that the shower curtain fell down in the first day and it stayed down because the owner wasn't available to fix at the time. Good location. Plenty to do and see nearby. Everything else is easily reachable on foot, public transit, or taxi.

Good location with great view. Airbnb accommodation with no on-site staff despite that I requested a regular hotel on the booking website. Host is friendly and responsive. Room is reasonably clean. Towels are worn out and not clean enough. No free homemaking service, $50 for each cleaning if requested. Only two tiny garbage bins provided which fill up very quickly. Only two elevators stopping at my floor which often leads to long wait. The door to bedroom is very narrow. Bedroom is tiny with a big bed which makes walking inside rather difficult. When air-conditioning is on, the machine makes loud banging noise from time to time.

Overall, it was a great stay experience! The location is fantastic - close to public transportation and plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The host was super responsive and communicative, which made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. However, I did notice that the kitchen could use a bit of attention to cleanliness. Specifically, the kitchen cloths had a strong smell that wasn't pleasant. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place to others. With a bit of extra attention to cleanliness, it could easily be a 5-star experience. Thanks to the host for the great location and timely responses!"
